This ceaser salad recipe is from Jareds family cookbook. It is an absolute hit at every gathering, backyard BBQ or dinner we host. I constantly have people asking me for the recipe so I am sharing it with all of you to enjoy yourself!
It is super quick and easy to make and can last in the fridge for up to 5-7 days. You can add a raw egg into it, however, we don’t, and it lasts longer without the egg.
I also love to do a lettuce and kale mix or lettuce and spinach mix, so do as you please!
Ingredients
1 C olive oil
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 – 8 chopped garlic cloves
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste (we do lots of parm so it’s a thicker consistency)
Not quite 1/2 C lemon or lime juice (we use lime)
Croutons:
Cut your favorite bread into cubes.
Melt some butter.
Add garlic granules to melted butter.
Pour mixture over breadcrumbs and mix until all bread is coated.
Bake croutons in 325 oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
Method
Blend olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, parmesan and lemon or lime juice in blender until creamy. ENJOY!
